Eiman Raouf is a passionate and strategic basketball coach committed to developing athletes both on and off the court. With a coaching philosophy rooted in fundamentals, teamwork, and mental toughness, Eiman creates an environment where players thrive and grow into confident leaders.
A lifelong athlete, Eiman grew up playing soccer, basketball, track and field, and rugby, later competing in U Sports rugby for the University of British Columbia. This multi-sport background instilled a deep understanding of versatility, resilience, and competitive spirit—qualities Eiman now brings to every coaching session.
Beyond athletics, Eiman is a scientist and holds an MBA, combining analytical thinking with leadership expertise to design data-driven training programs and innovative team strategies. This unique blend of athletic experience and academic achievement ensures a holistic approach to player development, emphasizing both physical performance and personal growth.
