Coach Janzen & Coach Reimer have designed an online basketball program called the ELEVATE HIGH 5 Training Program. The program consists of 5 high quality, 1 hour training workouts. The 5 day program can be completed each week. Each 1 hour workout consists of 4 main components:
- Ballhandling & Dribbling
- SAQ (Speed, Agility, Quickness, Speed, & Power)
- Attacking & Finishing
- Shooting
Each of the 4 components are further broken down into 3-5 game-like, development focused drills, that provide a progressional approach through each of the days, and ultimately throughout the 5 training workouts. In total, the ELEVATE HIGH 5 Training Program offers over 50+ drills, accompanied with instructional videos by Coach Janzen & Coach Reimer, that will help you continue the development you need!
