THE SHOOTING ANALYSIS PROCESS
Step 1: Take Two Videos of your Shot (separate files)
– Video 1: Front View (shooter: free throw distance, receive a pass from under the hoop, catch and shoot, make sure to jump when shooting. camera: make sure the video is captured from under the hoop square on the shooter). Make sure the shooter is entirely in the footage during the entire shot.
– Video 2: Side View (Shooting Arm Side) (shooter: free throw distance, receive pass from passer under the hoop, catch and shoot, make sure to jump when shooting. Camera: make sure the video is captured directly on the side of shooter (shooting arm side). Make sure the shooter is entirely in the footage during the entire shot.
Step 2: Submit Video to Coach Janzen for Professional Analysis
– Coach Janzen will provide you with an in-depth shooting analysis breakdown of shot
– Coach Janzen will provide you with technique-specific shooting drills to work
