Refund Policy

If in the event that you cancel your child’s registration in any of the different programs/camps/training that we offer, a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the start date of the event is required for a refund, less a $25 administrative fee. Should you fail to give 7 days notice, you will be required to pay the full fee (no refund will be provided).

In the event of an illness or injury, a refund will be granted minus the $25 administrative fee. You will also be charged for days/portion attended. In both cases documentation (an official doctor’s note) must be provided.

As we are all aware we have globally dealt with covid-19 for the past two years. We at ELEVATE Basketball keep updated and closely adhere to the restrictions by our PHO. Therefore, if you register for any of our programming, you are well aware of our global situation and cancelling due to covid for a program that is in congruence with the PHO will not be excepted and deemed like all other cancellations.
